hi

The bandwidth parameter refers to the bandwdith of the analog baseband
filter on the daughterboards. Some boards have configurable filtering
and this parameter can be used to change the setting.

See docs for details:
http://files.ettus.com/uhd_docs/manual/html/dboards.html

The sample rate specifies the rate of baseband samples between the host
PC and the USRP. The USRP DUC chain in the fpga will up convert the tx
baseband samples to match the DAC rate, and similarly, the DDC chain
will downconvert the ADC samples to match the requested rx baseband
sample rate.

are they related??
Not related, but it might make sense for some application specific
reasons to change the filter bandwidth parameter based on the sample
rate requested.
